Health and Fitness Data The App collects fitness-related data that you voluntarily enter, including workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, weight lifted, rest times), body measurements (height, weight, age, sex), nutrition logs (foods consumed, calorie and macro intake), fasting session records, and water intake.

Photos and Videos You may choose to take or upload progress photos and form check videos within the App. These files are stored on your device and in our secure database. They are never shared publicly unless you choose to share them using the App's sharing feature.

Device Information We collect standard device identifiers provided by the Android and iOS operating systems. This includes device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers necessary for the App to function.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your location data. We do not collect payment or financial information at this time. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics tools, or third-party tracking services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, store and display your workout, nutrition, and wellness data, calculate fitness metrics such as personal records, streaks, and macro targets, enable you to track progress over time through photos and logged data, and improve the App's functionality and user experience.

Your data is stored securely using Schematica, our backend service provider. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information. Account credentials are stored using secure authentication protocols. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except when required by law or legal process, when necessary to protect our rights or the safety of users, or when you choose to share content through the App's built-in sharing feature (which uses your device's native sharing capabilities).

Your Rights
